Vlogging has turned everyday life into entertainment, and some content creators build enormous audiences without doing anything traditionally extraordinary.
This B1–B2 Vlogging ESL lesson explores why watching ordinary people can feel personal, relaxing and more authentic than polished entertainment. Students also consider what happens when everyday life becomes content and the boundaries between public and private begin to disappear.
The lesson combines an original reading and audio with vocabulary, comprehension, discussion questions and critical-thinking activities.
